Being a Power Woman is about how to effectively deal with conflict and have hard conversations at work. You will discover how to become masterful at communicating with authority, power, and confidence to impact the behaviors and performance in the people you lead.


This training is a scientific, multidisciplinary, neurobiological and physiological-oriented
approach that results in women overcoming avoidance and procrastination to address conflict head on.
