Every day situations arise in our leadership with our team that cause us to feel frustrated, upset and sometimes downright resentful.
But here’s the deal: as long as we’re in resentment, we’re not able to be fully present and available for building and growing our business — and most importantly, impacting the people we serve. Resentment directly impacts our creativity, our energy, and our ability to serve at our highest level.
